After Khloe said she felt ‘shattered’ on the Jan. 19 premiere of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,’ a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Lamar thinks he’s not responsible for his ex feeling that way.
Lamar Odom is a man of very few regrets and after his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian said he stressed her out during their marriage, Lamar is coming back strong, saying he’s not to blame for “shattering” Khloe, a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Lamar Odom: Why He’s Not To Blame For ‘Shattering’ Khloe Kardashian
The 34-year-old unemployed NBA star did not watch the season premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on Jan. 19, but that’s not to say he didn’t get an earful recap the show, especially because Khloe said he “shattered” her during the last year of their marriage.
“He never asked her to feel that way or put her life on hold to help him,” a source close to Lamar explains to HollywoodLife.com. “He went about his business and wanted to be left alone. He needed space to do whatever he wanted to do and he did so away from Khloe so he wouldn’t hurt her.”
Why Lamar Odom Doesn’t Need Anyone Looking After Him
The sad fact is that it did hurt her. Watching Khloe on the premiere of KUWTK, it seemed clear that shutting Khloe out was not the best answer. All she wanted to do was help Lamar, and it just killed her that he wouldn’t let her.
“I’ve been putting myself aside to hopefully somebody else’s life,” Khloe told Kourtney through tears. “And now that I’ve come to terms that I can’t, I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot.”
It’s clear that Khloe and Lamar still aren’t seeing eye to eye in their relationship, and unfortunately a divorce remains the best option for them. What do you think, HollywoodLifers?
