After 22 years as a couple and nine years of marriage, Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have officially called it quits. Robin Thicke, 36, and Paula Patton, 38, have said goodbye to nine years of marriage, officially calling it quits on Feb. 24. 1. Naked Girls In Robin Thicke’s Music Video
Having multiple naked girls in your music videos is probably not the best way to keep your marriage in a blissful state. Even though Paula laughed off the scantily clad video vixens in Robin’s “Blurred Lines” video, you have to wonder if maybe Paula didn’t start to question what it was that her husband of nine years was doing behind the scenes.
2. Robin Twerks On Miley Cyrus During MTV’s Video Music Awards
Nothing says happily married husband like twerking on Miley Cyrus! Robin’s extremely raunchy performance at the 2013, Aug. 25 VMA Awards with Miley seemed like a big slap in the face to poor Paula.

3. The ‘Mystery Girl Butt Grabbing’ Scandal
If grinding and twerking on Miley wasn’t enough, how about the now famous “mystery girl butt grab photo” taken at a VMA after party? The image shows Robin hugged up with a fan, and in a reflecting mirror you can clearly see him grabbing this mysterious woman’s butt!
Paula was said to have laughed the picture off, but we can’t help but wonder whether or not that could have been the first nail in the coffin for their marriage.
4. Hot Nights In Paris Dance Clubs With Other Women
Back in January, Robin was photographed at the hip Paris club Club 79. Supposedly he was there partying with Kanye West, but the damning photo shows Robin dancing a little too close with a random Parisian beauty. Not a good look for your marriage, dawg.
5. He Has Not Been Photographed With Paula Recently
On Feb. 23 Robin took the couple’s 3-year-old son Julian to Disney World, after abruptly canceling his performance on Feb. 22 at Universal Orlando due to losing his voice. Strangely, Paula was nowhere to be found. In fact, Robin and Paula have not been photographed together since Jan. 27 — which is almost a month of not being seen with the women Robin once referred to as “My rock.”
If Robin and Paula were each other’s rocks, then clearly those two rocks have collided in some way — and have since crumbled.
